It all really depends on the buttonmode on the controller. The switch we would prefer responds to one press to make a channel go "on" (holding 127) and when the a new button is activateted (on the midicontroller) the previous channel goes "off" (holding 0) and the new channel is activated. Kind of ...

Well spoken, Astroman!

@Shayne: Each channel should have it´s own individual switch. Only one switch can be on at a time. Your switch looks great and works great, if the on/off button problem that Astroman adressed could be solved, then we would be forever greatfull. If you wan´t something ...

Hi Shayne. Nice job with the switch. It still doesn´t solve the problem we have. We need to have a (midi controlled)button per channel. With your switch it´s still only possible to go from channel 1 to 8 with a CC signal( 0 - 127).

Your switch reminds (with some modifications) of "switch it". See ...

The controller we use for testing is a Roland FC200 midi foot controller. It has expression but it´s(as already mentioned) impossible to have any kind of usable control over switch it with that one.

Shayne: It would be greatly appreciated if you could make a working 8x1 switch for us. We would ...

Hi Tom.

I hope it doesen´t come to soldering and that kind of homebuilding projects.

It seems totally weird to me if we are the first people in the world with this problem.

Thanx for the inputs, guys.

I will try to explain myself even better (my english is´nt that good).

Picture the vocalist in my band on stage with a midi foot controller on the flor. He´s hooked up (via mic->adat + controler
->midi) to Scope.

We will work with about 6-8 different vocal settings in ...

We´ve now tested the suggested solution. The problem is still that it is´nt possible to change between each audio signal with only one midi CC. There is a 8x1 switch (not for modular), but only one CC can be assigned. Any firther suggestions?

It seems impossible that we´re the only people in the ...

Hi.

I´m searching for switchcontroller to control about 8 audio inputs -> one output. All switchable by midi.

It´s for vocal proccesing live. I have tried "switch it", it works fine but the knobs can´t be midi controlled.

Anyone?

Hi guys.

Thank you - it seems that we just have to live with this waiting and restarting cubase...damn

No answers regarding the "conversion" questions - why is that?

Hi all.

I have (ofcourse) started with the simple stuff: plain pulsar - source->synth->analog -with no luck.

Maybe it could be my old souncard "stealing" the midi - i have removed it, cleared all strings in regedit, unistalled it, so there should not be any problems with it. I will return with more ...

Hi.
First of all i thank you very much for your answers. I have tried this : midi keyboard is tested (just a dummy board, with nothing to it), i have even tried another one. When im routing my sequencer midi signal (Cubase) back to a synth and taking it to "audio sent", im getting the clicks from ...

Hi.
I just bought Pulsar 2 and have connected my midi keyboard as recommended by Creamware, but no reactions come from synth´s when pressing key´s on midi keyboard.

Anyone?
