I'm interested, but I have no idea how to price it.
what's your offer?

I mostly need the hardware, some of the software goods are useless to me, and some of them I already own.

thanks,

Thanks, now I just have to find a way to do this properly with Modular.
I've already posted a thread (I should continue) about the problems I have syncing the fof's envelope trigger and the sine osc phase together...

FOF synthesis is a technique for producing waveforms with a specific spectral shape. It was developed by Xavier Rodet at IRCAM. Similar to the VOSIM technique, sounds are produced from a sequence of excitation pulses in the form of enveloped sine waves. The rate of generation of the excitations ...

Actually I was going to try it with a super-saw patch, should be fun!

I love that C4T saw waveform...
I tried to emulate it by rolling the low frequencies off a flexor NBL saw, then adding an open LP filter with high resonance.

It's much easier now, with your C4T osc, and it also sounds ...

Oh, wow! :D

The saw osc sounds wonderful!
Excellent both for bass-lines and for some serious piercing leads.
I really like the way it behaves on low octaves: dominant, instead of 'clickish'.

The Pulse and triangle also sounds very good. What have you changed in their design? I'd be happy to hear ...

a request for a FOF and/or VOSIM patch

Does someone have an FOF and/or VOSIM patch he's willing to share?
I'm having some problems syncing everything, and therefore my own patch suffers many clicks and distortion.

Thanks! :)

Well, personally I think the STS series is awful.
A waste of DSP, bad interface and lousy stability.

I take Kontakt 2 any day - its features are remarkable, the interface is smooth, and I'm very pleased with its sound.

It works like a charm! :D
Excellent work, you made me very very happy.
I tested it around with a kick-making patch,
and with a bass-line patch modulated one of flexor's filters.
This little gadget is truly useful! now I can make great booming kicks,
and snappy 'in your face' bass lines.

Thanks ...

ok, another piece of the puzzle:

it's as if the envelope is faster than the sync!
it takes something like 10-15 samples after the envelope is 'open' before the sync begins.

the 'pakk' is the result of the partial random phase of the sine before it's actually synced.

is this clue helpful in any way?

a bug with Hyper Gate Seq?

I'm building a drum machine with ModularIII.
The kick is a synced sin osc, triggered by Flexor's Hyper Gate Seq.
I'm changing the gate signal to sync signal using Gate2Sync.
The Volume envelope is Hyper ADSR Smooth.

For some reason, if I trigger the osc with Hyper Gate Seq, there's a loud 'pakk ...
