It has something to do with the PCI latency.

YESSS !!!

After my 4th installation of Windows XP Pro I discovered and solved the problem !
In fact, when I launch SFP with a starup project and then launch Cubase SX I have big troubles with midi due to bad configuration of the ASIO driver(I suppose). tempo jitter is +/- 200 Bpm !!!!!!!
