I tried changing presets in multi mode via program change/bank change in Cubase SX. Problem is bank change doesn't seem to work at all. Program change switches only presets in Factory bank(#0) for a "slot", EVEN IF another bank (say #1) is the currently selected for that "slot". Problem remains even ...

Hi. I'm thinking of selling my PowerPulsar and buying Noah EX, since I almost exclusively do live-gigs. I know it's possible to use for ex B2003 and Minimax simultaneously in N-EX. Is this "multi-setting" stored in a preset, so you can switch between "multi-setups" with midi program change messages ...

I'm trying to use the STS like a multi-timbral synth for live play:
For each separate song - Load a number of sample progams in a number of slots of the sts, say slots 1 to 5, on different midi channels like a multi-timbral synth. I also want to use different volume and pan settings for each such ...

From what I've learned ; When the ScopeCard get's it's "turn" to use the CPU for specified amount of guaranteed time (ms or cycles don't know), this is the only time that SFP-software can actually communicate with SFP-hardware. When the time is up, interrupt controller on motherboard passes the bus ...

When using A16 ultra & Z-links, it's impossible to get a clean Mic-signal. This is the chain:
Mic SureBeta58 -> balanced in A16 Ultra
If using -10dB the nosie:signal ratio is a little better than using +4dB, but not by far comparable to when using a preamp of some sort between mic and A16 ( like a ...

One specific "problem" that changing PCI latency solved on my system:
When playing CW synths via external MIDI keyboard ( MIDIsport 4x4, USB ( i.e PCI ) ) moving a controller for say modulation or volume quickly would send more MIDI-messages than ScopeCard could handle ( or PCI-bus rather ), and so ...
