When I open Reason and select the Creamware ASIO driver , I get the message: "the driver may be used by another program".

I tried ASIO I drivers in Pulsar instead of ASIO II but no luck.

I remember that Reason via ASIO with Pulsar 2.03 DID work.

Any ideas ?

Does any Mac user work with Pulsar and has OMS enabled ?
I get constant PCI overflows with this combination.
Disabeling OMS doesn't give these overflows but I can't do that cause OMS is needed to run AMT 8 midi-interface & Cubase VST together...
Any same experiences or solutions ?

Maybe I have to say it more clearly ;
I want to use Cubase 5.0 with my AMT 8.
This combination requires OMS to let Cubase communicate with AMT8; without OMS no communication is possible cause I have a G4 DP without modem/printerports.
But when ...

I want to use Cubase VST 5.0 with my AMT 8 midi interface,but then I have to use OMS.
However, when OMS is activated (version 2.3.8 and/or 2.3.7) Pulsar II gives constantly PCI overflows.

Under Logic 4.7. without using OMS Pulsar II runs perfect.

Can a mac user help me out ?

Yesterday I found out that using OMS in Logic 4.7 (Mac) causes Pulsar II (soft:2.04b) to generate those filthy PCI overflows.
If OMS (2.3.8.) is not used (also OMS extension is moved from systemfolder), Pulsar behaves perfect.

Anyone with same experience ??

A wish from me is the possibilty that the CTRL sequencers in Pulsar can send out midi control info; in that way you can sequentially control sounds from external modules via midi...!!

Is there a Mac user out there that succesfully uses the soundmanager destination connection in Pulsar ?

I want to run audio from say Pulsar analog in through soundmanager but when I set the soundmanager destination-module and look in the control panel 'Sound' then I can only choose built in CD ...

I can't find the EASI connectors in Pulsar II 2.04...

Can someone help ?
Maybe I'm blind...

Did you try sending a midiclock from Cubase to SB 404 ?

OK , here is the deal: Bought a G4 533 DP Mac.
Thought that now I was without PCI overflows forever...Not !
I have a Adaptec 2906 in slot 4 and Pulsar II in slot 2.
Questions:
Is more ASIO ports set in pulsar more chance on pci overflows ?
Which slot I can best put in Pulsar ?
Is 2.04a better ...
