How can there be no time-limited demos of these synths? It would be the obvious way to sell more licenses no?

I wish there was an "open" Klangbox that allowed you to load any of your existing registrations and had multiple I/O. DSP in a stand alone box with ADAT and analog I/O with a scope studio software editor.. link up a few A16s and voila! Ultimate portable studio!

I read it on the Brainworx site... I'm curious now to wait and see if there is much sonic difference. For the same $$ I'd rather not be tied to the creamware platform unless, like most other plugs, the creamware version is sonically superior.

Thoughts?

I run both a Scope system and Cubase SX with EMU's Emulator X software/hardware combo. For all intensive purposes the EMU hardware is a software dongle. None of the Sampler's processing or built-in effects use the hardware DSP. The card's drivers do providing a mixing environment for monitoring and ...

as I stated in my initial post, I'm not against custom interfaces per say... Native insturments does ok with their own interface windows.. but the difference is that they're not buggy and they work. Function then style. I guess I'm more curious as to why they ever wanted to create their own GUI ...

Rules of GUI design that is. Not that I am totally against unique design, but it seems like they really go out of there way to use funny menus and weird windows in both mac and PC software. I just downloaded the most recent OS X ASB controller software and again they have avoided the stock apple ...
