Should I disable the usb host controller that shares the same IRQ as the UAD-1 as well?

I'm actually kind of confused when it comes to those usb controllers. Do each one of those correspond to a usb port on the back of the mobo.?If so, how do I determine which one is for which physical port.

I actually fixed the problem. I accidentally installed the mobo audio drivers and they were sharing the same irq as the scope so I disabled them.

Thanks, I think Ill rock the kingston. Its a bummer, that OCZ ram looked wicked. Oh well, ill take stability. Have a good one.

On the OCZ website I cant even seem to find the right ram with the configurator. All it shows me is 533 ram and from everything ive been reading I should stick with 800mhz.

Either way, if anyone can just recommend a tried and true high quality ram for this board, I will jump on it. Im not brand ...

Looks like ive got the blue screen of death blues. I walked away from the computer for about 4 hours, came back, and it was the blue screen. Restarted several times, and got blue screen. The error message fluctuated each time.

I have tried to re-install windows from the original cd, and each time ...

cooler sounds more stable. The 40 bucks dont mean much. Ive got zalman and noctua fans inside this beast running at low rpm for noise reduction, so the e6600 sounds fine to me.

Okay, so far I am faitfully following both Scope4lives advice and Gary B advice.

I will purchase:
mobo: intel dp965lt(scope4's and garyb suggestion)
ram: ocz 800mhz(scope4's suggestion)

now for the processor. In my parts the e6750(199.00) is 40 cheaper than the e6600(239.00)

im having the same problems getting pinguin to work as well. My settings in Pinguin are correct. I chose "creamware play/record ".

I am positive that the routing in pulsar is correct. Ouput of mixer goes to wave dest 1, yet no signal reaches pinguin.

Is it because Im using 32bit flt?

Any tips ...
