bought a new Scope Professional (PLUS version) from a dealer in Germany for 1599 EUR and after one month studying this card/software I found out that this card is not suitable for my needs, 'cause it is more synth oriented, and I need great effects plugins which, for example, UAD-1 has ...

Samplitude is pretty nice program for audio recordings, but it seems it has problems with XTC effects. I got only distortions when tried to use the effects. Anybody knows how to fix it?

Re-installed and finally got the sound out of this card Very strange. Anyway, thanks for the answers, garyb.

the "standard" with xlr is male=out and female=in. makes sense :wink:

I used this cable for both XLR analog outputs
and tried to connect both 2 RCA to the amplifier:

I have the problems with the I/O PLUS outputs as well. I bought the cables 2xXLR -> 2xchinch together with AES/EBU male -> standard stereo jack as an alternative for AES/EBU output, connected them to the usual stereo amplifier and still there was no sound. I tried to connect them to the computer ...

I sent a message to Creamware support regarding the activation code for the Scope Platform 4, but still didn't get the answer. Is this code for free? I bought used Pulsar 2, but can I ask for free Mix/Master or Synth/Sampler code in this case, like usual Scope Project owners can?

Sorry for this topic, it's possible it was discussed earlier, but because of the huge number of topics here it's pretty hard to find one which can solve that problem.
