That's a nice tune, although I think its a bit neutral. I'd like to hear what separates the Prodyssey from the other synths in CreamWares product line, or from any other synth for that matter. I didn't quite get the feeling that this couldn't be done by the Minimax or the Pro-12 for instance.

I'm assuming that you use a pre-amp of some sort since the signal from a guitar is much too weak for line level input. Do you have a line level output on that pod-thingy?

If all you want is a continous note just put a four bar long note in a loop or something. This one might not be possible in your sequencer, but you could even try to delete the note off event in the midi event list.

There is something called a (software or hardware) sequencer and MIDI interface. You might want to check those out. :wink:

On the Nord Modular they have a function for the software keyboard called "drone" which repeatedly plays a note. Creamware should really have added something similair to the ...

I agree with both of you on most of what you say. I don't have the knowledge to debate about how the SDK actually works but if it is like you say, that the encryption is an integral part of the SFP/ASB and hence the SDK, then it must be possible to exploit it if someone put the time and effort to it ...
