I solved the problem by doing a fresh install from ground: formatting, Windows XP + Pulsar.
Everything works like a charm

So it could be the midi drivers. did you try reinstalling them?
Yeah it's something about the driver but I don't have specificly midi drivers for the pulsar, only one driver coverring the all thing. And yes, I did a reinstall with no success. I'll try to delete files in the explorer to be shure ...

Seq midi source -> Pulsar Midi A dest
Pulsar Midi A source -> Seq midi dest

Should be fine... It's not a project configuration problem imho.
