how to activate ASIO SCOPE PCI in Wavelab 6?

I'm about to build a new pc and I will use two hard disks

HD1 run Leopard (mac) protools 9
HD2 run windows 7 ultimate sp1 64 bits (pc) cubase 6

Can work with motherboard GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 (SOCKET) 1155 or There will be another recommended?

What Mother -Processor are better for the Pulsar 2?

I´ve been trying with the driver 3.1b but happen the same error ...Freeze...so
I´ve dicided change my pc configuration

what do you suggest about it?

1) There is only one device in IRQ 17
2) I didn´t , the problem exist with and without MIDI (Korg X5) anyway I´ve inserted a MIDI FILTER (Filtering active sensing)

I´ve been trying with one core ....and there are problems too (was a good idea)
