Re: S|C new Website, Release of SCOPE XITE-1 D and v5.1
Oh, p*** off, Tom.
It's unbelievable that SC are charging 98 euro for the 5.1 "update" and outrageous that they're penalising owners of 14/15 DSP cards with a 159 euro charge.
I've really had it with SC: I'm departing this sinking ship pronto.
Cheers to everyone left.

YEAH JUST DO IT ...

Re: Nasty BSOD w Scope v5 RC
Thanks for all the helpful suggestions, guys. I'd planned to switch to a new motherboard with more RAM anyway, so hopefully this will take care of most failing hardware issues. But one thing I should point out is that this PowerPulsar has been happily working without any BSODs for 5 years, and it's ...

Nasty BSOD w Scope v5 RC
Hi all. I had a nasty BSOD experience with Scope v5 RC yesterday (Win XP SP3 with PowerPulsar + E-mu 1820). I was just playing a few presets in Adern's Xor that I'd loaded into the default project window and the PC crashed to the dreaded 'driver irql equal or not equal' (or whatever it is) BSOD with ...

I used to 'get' Scope but that was back in the days of Creamware. Since then, I've seen less and less point in dedicated hardware like Scope. Currently I'm using about 30 different VSTi within Ableton Live and that gives me all the synthesis flexibility I need. I render rather than mix ...

I'd be more than happy to help you move those lame, behind the times, cumbersome clunkers.
Cheers.

Re: SCOPE v5 PCI RC is available!
From what I've read in this thread, I'm finding it hard to see much reason to upgrade from v4 to v5. I would like to try our the v5 RC but I suspect that this wouldn't be allowed as I'm still using v4 (well, not really 'using' as I find using VSTi so much more convenient and flexible). I think I'll ...

Re: SCOPE v5 PCI RC is available!
What happens for those of us with v4 who aren't yet sure about updating to v5? Can we still use this RC and get keys? Is it set to expire at a particular date?

FS: USE Audio Plugiator with plug-in bundle ***SOLD***
In case anyone is interested, I have a Plugiator with all 8 plug-ins for sale, as I can't justify having this as well as a SCOPE board. I bought the Plugiator package from Thomann for 395 euro and would sell it for 250 euro (200 GBP). Postage would depend on where it has to be sent to.
