Magma Chassis for Cardbus + PCI adapter?

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone tried connecting a Cardbus version of the Magma chassis (2 PCI slots) to a desktop PC through a PCI adapter card like this one:

Or, if not, do you think it can work?
