my setup: pulsar/nuendo using XTC.

Is it possible to split a recording signal in nuendo? I want to record vocals/guitars in nuendo. The recorded file should be a dry signal, whilst the monitoring signal should be wet using fx/verb so the musician hears the wet signal.

running nuendo2 with XTC on a powerpulsar. Absolutely no troubles!

the internal clock in sx is not very ok, according to more post here on Z. Better don't use th midi clock signals from cubase. Instead use the internal clock in pulsar synths.

have you tried reinstalling the sfp software. Sometimes solves troubles with missing files.

its my sx2 files that hang. It doesn't work in normal sfp mode as well.
I also think it might have something to do with a sync problem.

what are your settings in the ASIO config window in cubase??

anybody got any clue why cubase sx2 hangs each time I open a project? Working in XTC mode I can only start a project from the scratch. When I save it and open it again sx2 hangs so I can't get into the project anymore. I'm rather new to the xtc thing, so maybe I'm doing something wrong ...

also on sx here. My non-emulated don't send midi data to the SFP but they do send data to my unitor midi interface.

I think this is a common issue with no cure. Maybe in SFP4. You can use sx2 automation for adjusting the xtc parameters or use midi cc's.

In my XTC project I use (in this case) 2 prisma synths.
When I click on the Direct button on the prisma synth interface the direct button turns blue, but I get the following 2 errors:

1. Cannot make connection: pads Prisma.OutL and Add 64L.In02 are incompatible and no appropriate converter ...

When loading the XTC.pro project I get the following error:

"Exception: method SetDynParent in class App@SimpleApp not found"

I tried reinstalling SFP, copying the file directly from CD, I even got a XTC.pro file from MarcusPocus by mail but nothing really helps. It just won't open the file, so if ...
