I asked some Online Shops once which amplifier would be the best for the yamaha monitors. They all answered that Alesis RA-300 is the best one.

I just surfed on http://www.thomann.de and noticed that they cut prices for some Creamware hardware. I am interested in a Powerpulsar and one week ago it still cost 1999 Euro but now...it says 1555 Euro. That's almost 25%...really cool actually.

ui...sorry, I was wrong. I think the option I meant was the "decay time" which was already suggested here. The "refresh time" in Winamp is how much frames per seconds are used for the FFT display. So a higher frame rate causes in a more fluent motion.
