Do not explain well what the XTC mode operation, and as Julian said, is for 32-bits host running on a 64-bits operating system. I am sorry not to have put right.

Available on the FTP the new version of Scope 5.1 RC2, with some improvements. I can not prove within the next two weeks, I'm visiting my hometown (Valencia, Spain). In the text that is in the ftp explains the improvements and what can not be done yet.I note that now the XTC mode can be tested in 32 ...

Stupid, stupid,I´m a big big stupid. The solution is easy.Install the UPDATE in the same directory who´s V3.0. The installer replace all file and folders. No forget update the driver. Rebooting system..... and enjoy.

After upgrading to V3.01, at the system restart, a dialog says:kernel file puls2os.21k not found or invalid...check installation. My system is pentiumIII 800mhz,W2000pro (Sp2 . Mainboard Synactix2EP ( Chipset intel 815 ), 256 RAM, etc.
Version 3.0 Pulsar software no problem.
What this wrong ?
