On all the DSPDEV new free modules:
1. I know they are free but not exactly - I had to fill a form first (name, interests, gear etc).
2. The reverb is worth trying but that's all (the Pulsar miniverb is better).
3. The waveshaper could be interesting but only if the knobs did what they were intended to.
4. The compressor - nothing special (with the Pulsar or Luna built in ones you can do more and have better effect).
5. I couldn't give the vocalremover a try because right after loading it my system showed an error message (unexpected DSP overload).
Of course I loaded the new DSPDEV lib first.
Perhaps all of this happened because I'm a Mac user and have a 'strange' combination of cards (PulsarI, LunaII) but as I know there are many users they have similar setup out there.
The DSPDEV seemed to me a very serious and no compromise firm but now I feel disappointed with the release of all the new modules... Especially because I had to fill the form. I write it all because there are companies like DeFex producing very high quality free devices.
I'm sorry if somebody feel sad or is angry on me now. I think my criticism is constructive.

Yes Air_Pollo, Saturn is really great, but the Yellow TB303? I only found an orange TB303 by orbitone... And this one sure is really coOl, i use it very often... It's so fat and aggressive, It like a TB on Acid!

I use a couple of their products but it never occured to me to use their free devices... but don't think their commercial effects suck because their free devices are limited in operation. Multicomp seriously kicks if you don't have an outboard one already. If gives you much more control than just zipping it through t-rax. (atleast that's what I used to do)
By the way, Nikko, how's the new synth series coming along? I thought I appl.ied for beta testing but got no reply...
