Having experienced cancer up close through 2 years, before my mother finally gave up, I find it hard to accept death as "just" being a part of life. Death isn't the same experience for all, and I know for a fact, that cancer sure ain't fun at all.
I hope that Bob pulls through this one and dies of something less cruel than cancer far into the future, as I hope that everyone else will too.

I'm really sad to hear this... It's a shame somebody so intelligent and gifted has to finish his days this way...
We have SO MUCH TO THANK HIM about!!! We speak all the time about emulations of his synths... and now he's off with this terrible illness. Life can be so bloody cruel...
