Mix and master Package not available in STM1632 ?

Is it normal that most of the plugins from the Mix and Master Packager are not availabe as insert effects in the STM mixer. If this is normal what would be the best way to integrate them ?

Optimaster/MasterverbPro/Vinco/Psyq/Vocodizer/Graphic EQ

Should ALL be available as inserts

They were all copied to the PlugIn directory wich is wrong. After I copied then manually to the their directories everything seems ok now.
