scope adat and o2r causing knacks

I´ve connected scope´s adat I/Os with the adat I/Os of my yamaha o2r. Unfortunately this setting is causing digital knacks on Cubase SX2. Is someone going the same way and has been conflicted with this problem? Hope for solvation.

what is master and what is slave(digital audio sync between scope and the o2r)?

Hey dude,
set the desk to Master and the scope to slave.
