Scope v4.5 Changelog. Where is it?
I grabed a copy of the v4.5 release.
The driver is the same version (1.50.12.0) as release v4.0
Creamware has some explaining to do!
A version jump from v4.0 to v4.5 is a MAJOR change, so why havn't they changed anything?
Creamware needs to set up a CVS repository, I don't expect them to release source code, but since I am a major investor in their company, I'd like them to show their work's progress.

I wouldn't even bother with Creamware personally. Surely your lawyer should be phoning them right now.On 2005-12-04 17:55, phyx wrote:

yes stardust, the quote is like an open door...
one does not HAVE TO eat and drink, because in this case death applies, as the rule says.
if one eats and drinks, then the toilet is inevitable. Anything else is voluntary - but whatever that may be, in the end it's death again
cheers, tom
that's already covered by the ruleOn 2005-12-05 04:42, Shroomz wrote:

many people in many different companies would spend a fortune if they could 'watch' their (so-called) competitors progress (or what those are working on at all).On 2005-12-04 17:55, phyx wrote:

I'd also like to know about Apple's progress with Intel based machines, because we plan a major investment... As usual I'll have to wait on the release date.
cheers, tom

Well, *maybe* calling yourself a major investor, when you are just another customer, could be construed as 'non-factual' or 'whining'. It's hard not to smile when I picture Creamware opening up the finer details of their work and progress to the public (making a versioning repository public!), because a customer is annoyed. Did you think Creamware is an autonomous collective? You're fooling yourself. It's a dictatorship. A self-perpetuating autocracy. The working classes get screwed. Just accept it.
Len, considering Creamware must have invested *way* over a million quid in manufacturing the current generation cards (not counting HQ bills, wages, trade show bills, misc bills) , I don't think they're really screwing anyone. It seems once more that they simply are not communicating with the outside world very well (especially the community here) I actually can't ever remember a community in such confused chaos. Well, they know how to liven things up, that's for sure !!

Shroomz it actually seems to me that every time Creamware has done a christmas offer or version update to the software there's been a large volume of complaining from a few existing planetz members and a few more new members. This really seems much like the same discussion that was had when 4.0 came out, and when the "ProPack" was announced (what??? only NEW customers get it for free?!?!).
etc.
etc.
