About "old" 50% off plug-in offer from SFP 4.0 activation

Anyone know if it's already available this "old" 50% off plug-in offer from SFP 4.0 activation?
The server in "my page" is ever down, but I have an old PDF (sept. 2005) for a FAX request.
Do anyone know if this offer is definitely down after the new 4.5 X-mas offer?

It is possible but AFAIK you have to ask CW personally : support [at] creamware [dot] de.

Very strange, they has send to me a mail after my FAX with all infos, just today.
Then, after a international money transfer via Bank, they will send to me the key soon.

Try to write at: "birgit.hutmacher[at]creamware.de" the Sales Assistance of Creamy DE.

Obviously U must have a Scope 4.0 activation already done for your card. If U have a Powersampler/Luna it don't works because U must buy before the Scope 4.0 upgrade.

for one of my boards I did not activate scope4.0 yet.
now a couple of days I'm trying to get the activation keys,
but I getting this message all the time:
-An error occured while sending your codes! Please try again-
how did this still work for you?

All via FAX, the server is sadly ever donw...
U must contact Creamware via Telephone or via FAX only for these offers.
The shop works fine but don't allow 50% off!

I took advantage of the 50% offer via fax, after I upgraded to v4.5

I got Minimax for half price. Just received my key this morning.
