They have replied at last, all 4.5 regs are done 'by hand' so they can go wrong.

Grandpa wolf below - hello! I don't know why you repeated my old post.

My 4.5 doesn't work - all the keys are wrong and nothing installs except a base 4.5 (minus effects II etc).

The allkeys file has keys for things like B2003 etc but none of them work. The hardware serial is correct.

No-one emails back from Creamware.

Does anyone have a working email address? rb@ .de used to be pretty good but perhaps he has left/gone on holiday.

Getting nowhere emailing them. Sad but true...

All registration is "handcrafted" by Ralf and so we're facing prolongued reaction times, sorry for that (and thanks to Ralf for his patience these days).

Ralf will contact you and I'm sure there will be a solution for your issues.

Sorry, folks - we're doing our best here, but also try to reflect any individual case best possible, which takes time.
Thanks to all for being patient with us.
Best regards

Sorry, I missed the correct time slot in the multiple universal structures, I'm currently travelling in

This is a very weird set of messages. Yes, I did get the CW email, that is why I edited my post at the start.

When you do get support from CW it is always very friendly.

My problem is keys only, now we can sort it out.

Is this one of those Burroughsian cut ups?

Yep - William S. was always one of my favourites. Not to forget about E Rice;-)
