Allkeys arriving trouble

I'd upgraded a month ago. I wrote them to send me the allkeys file - but it seems like CW's guys are in the middle of nowhere.

Three men bought the platform by my advice (within 3 months) and will have this problem too soon.

HE-E-E-EY!!! Is anynone there?

If the keyfiles are available at your creamware account I don't see why you need this allkeys file so badly. Or is it that there are no keyfiles available at all?

Ok, otherwise you could have done an allkeys file by yourself...

So all I can say is eMail them again. They are there - I know 'cause I just have activated my M'n'M Pack and got my new allkeys file from them.

Since I don't understand who I should eMail to I send the same eMail to support AND Ralf. They respond within the next 24h - till now...

I bet your mail adress gets spam blocke somewhere on the way - not necessarily at CWA (!)

When I purchased the upgrade my mail was defined well and did not any difficulties to you.

I think astroman wanted to tell you that probably your eMail was lost between some spam emails at creamware but you might check your spam ordner as well, because your allkeys file maybe there.

Actually this kind of thing did happen to me already so it might be worth a check...
