On the Luna/Scope home Card you have 1 analog Input and one Spdif Input. If you have the additional Luna2496 you would have additional 8 Inputs and 8 Outputs.

But I think you don't have the Luna2496...

What you can do is, use an insert cabel (stereo jack to two mono jacks/female). Connect your "voice source" to left or right (of the insert cabel) the "guitar source" to the other one.

Then go to the routing window and route the left Luna analog source to one monochannel the right source to another monochannel (eg In 1 and 2 of Dynamicmixer). This should work - I think.

Have fun

I don't know this mackie console but I think it has just one stereo bus that can't be split in two mono busses, hasn't it? So this will not work. I'm afraid you will be able to record both vocals and guitar at the same time but not to different tracks.

Does the mackie have Inserts that can be used as direct outs? Than you can use those for this purpose.

it will work if you don't monitor through the mackie and if you pan one channel left and one right(using the stereo master out).

that Mackie has a stereo tape-out if I'm right.
you even could use the phones out.
Didn't have it also direct outs on the back?
The trick with two mono lines combined to a stereo-in at the creamware card should work, the mixer undoubtly allows it

if the mackie has channel-inserts, you could take the signal from the inserts... remember to plug in the monojack only half, the other way it'll interrupt your channel signal on the mixer, because there's no signal on the return phase...

The mackie also has 2 sends. I think I'd use a send perhaps? Not sure if inserts is cleaner, but using sends would allow you to have the outputs of the Luna and your recorded signal monitored at the same time, while the return signal to the luna comes off of the sends and allows individual recording of instruments. Just remember to mute the tracks and/or disable software monitoring in your DAW.
