Don't know if this is what you are experiencing, but there is a general problem with Luna 3.01 and Pulsar XTC 3.x (NOT Pulsar 2 in xtc mode, this works fine), cause this Luna software does not switch between Luna mode and xtc mode when it is opened/closed. Clearly, if Luna OS runs without problems, xtc mode won't and vice-versa. We have a (free) workaround tool for this, so if you think that this could be the problem that you are having, check our site.
Bonne chance.

Well, could say the same about american and their stupid DMA (Digital Milenium Act) and also about their DVD 'ZONES'. You probably know that Canada is an 'Officialy Bilingual' country, and that by LAW you cannot get something out in only 1 language? And that the GREEDY American Movie Studio, decided for the rest of the world that they'll split the WORLD?! (Do they have power or what!) in six region, and that MOST of region 1 DVDs (the region 1 include the Canada) are only in english? What do you think of this? When we ALL know a DVD can contain up to 17 languges tracks? This is one of the thing a hate about american megacorps, they have all the right to do whatever they want, and split the world in 6 'zones'. Force their view across any border, cuz, if i want the DvD, i'll be force to buy it in english? Hey, if it was me i'd create a law prohibiting this kind of thing. Anyway, american already enforce THEIR national laws oversee! Do you know how they arrested the guy that published the DeCSS algorythm in Finland and bring him in prison in USA? Canada should arrest CEOs of those megacorps fom infrigement of Canada's laws!On 2001-12-18 10:36, Air_PoLLo wrote:
Heh, typical u french ppl, always speaking french thinking it's a big language... even your DVD's are in french only and usually no subtitles... heh . this goes to the stubborn germans too!
Grow up, be more internacional, nobody wants to hear Julia Roberts speaking german/french.
thanks!
Anyway, as you noticed, thru out this post i did not point to anybody in particular, so please if you respond with different opinions (which is ok!) Do not include ME myself as the target. This has nothing personnal to anybody in particular...

Well, Back to the problem at hand. Fashion solved it for us! Yes it was in french, but I guess those College classes I took actually paid off.
To fix the problem of Cubase crashing whenever a midi note is struck:
Right-click on My Computer
Goto to Manage
Goto Device Manager
Find Creamware DSP board, double click
I think there is a settings tab, in any case, find the page that shows number of wave ports and number of Midi ports.
Change the number of Midi Ports to 1.
(the default is 2).
Thats it!
I did this yesterday and it solved a problem that has been plaging me ever since the v3 drivers were released.
Merci beaucoup, Fasion!
My 2 cents:
I am a proud american but it makes me sick that there are so many ignorant f*#ks in this country that do not understand the beauty of different cultures. This world would be a terribly boring place if everybody was white and spoke english. Maybe Air_Pollo would learn something if he openned his ears and shut his mouth instead of judging people.

BTW marcuspocus, DMA is something your computer uses for data transfers. Not to be confused with MDMA, which gives quite a buzz.
It's the DMCA and it stand's for "Digital Millennium Copyright Act".
While we're at it, it seems that the EFF(Electronic Frontier Foundation) needs ideas for slogans and soundbytes to raise the general awareness of it's consequences.
See this article on /. for more details: <a href="http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=01/1 ... =thread</a>
I think we could probably come up with some good soundbytes...

Open my ears? I'm half french, my dad is from Paris. Open my ears? I studied 6 years German. What I'm saying is that overdubbing everything, translating manuals to , in france/germany , only to those languages serves only one purpuse. Can you think of a consequence in doing that? Yea, you become more ignorant and less internacional by not speaking english. This has nothing to do with culture. So yes, I do have my ears open and I will not shut my mouth. Ever.Maybe Air_Pollo would learn something if he openned his ears and shut his mouth instead of judging people.

Another thing: If the swedes would make a movie (of course in swedish) , do they have the obligation in dubbing it to other languages? I bet not. So that's why Universial and other corp. doesn't make the movies in other languages but english.
Yet another thing: It's not the Motion pic corporations that decided to split the world into regions; blame it on the publisher companies. They know Asia pays a % in royalties but europe another %.
Hope u guys understand my point of view (specially u guys ever been lost in a city in france).
Ciao!
