I have been using my XTC card for years without any problem, but recently added a Lune (Scope Home, SFP 4.5). When I completed the installation, I could no longer use any of the synths or effects the way I used to. When I load a synth or effect in Cubase SX3, I get a message that says "Luna II cannot be used in XTC accelerator mode". The plugins load, but don't respond to MIDI or audio data from the sequencer.

I've never modified any of the .pro files associated with XTC operations, and have tried reinstalling a few times.

Anyone have this problem before?

you have to use the luna i/o.....

i'm assuming that the xtc card doesn't have any i/o and that you're using another card's i/o. luna won't work that way.

Yes, I am using a tascam us 428 for IO, which I want to at least continue using as a control surface, and for its headphone amp.

Sheesh, I only got the Luna so I could try out some modular stuff, I'm not prepared to have it affect how I do all my other work.

I suppose I could feed the Luna's digital out into my Tascam for headphone monitoring, but it seems like a lot of needless trouble.

Thanks for the heads up.
