Yes, Softclip features tube saturation + a powerful soft limiter, but this Cranesong's Phoenix seems to be a more complex Tape saturator.
A lot of people in PlanetZ asks for a Tape Saturator emulation... maybe Digital Audio Soft can do that

ps. I like very much Softclip, I use it almost everywhere!
