need help - asus wd2 mobo with ocz ram

hello all,
i bought 2gb ocz pc2 5400 gold edition GxXtc Ram for my Asus wd2 mobo. but after that i found asus didn't recommends this model :sad:

do you think it will run smoothly? i cant send it back to Canada.

The memory I use in my P5WD2 Premium isn't in the list of the asus manual either. It seems to work fine. In my country I can return memory if it doesn't function properly after testing it.

OCZ's SPD's are tweaked 4 speed and reliability. That's why the premium price. Intel chipsets are usually preferred, so IMO that dog will hunt.
