@ Shrooms who said: ANYONE* who's having a prod at DAS & their actions here is walking on a rope because there's always a chance that by treating them like this that we could loose them completely from the forum!!.

you're now in your 'I defense de develloper role',Shrooms, by lack of a own identity?
So DAS can do what it wants to us eh?
And you just say, oh take care, maybe he will walk away...

Ha, you start blackmailing yourself even before DAS can do it!
Spoken about identity...

And who needs (this) DAS?

Planetz is ours, period.

If someone starts to insult us like the infamous Eric did (4000 posts, poor, no job, no plugs bought), then I stand up and let hear a protest.

That's what I did.

The 'I'm Bob Moog' entry of you as a new member on Planetz shows that you don't have any respect for whatever develloper.

The only reason why you are sliming here is to use the discussion for your own benefits, probably to run down Astroman (or me for that matter, in your next irrational reply).

have a nice day my friend

Hey Shroomz, if the DAS developer goes away from the forum, would you consider going away with him? Sorry for being so direct, but it would rid us of most of the bad vibes generated on the forum lately!

People are patient with you, but don't push your luck.

I was really convinced that all was said and then Shroomz starts stirring things with his usual bullshit

I will not discuss the content of that post because it's born from the sick phantasy of a self-overestimating idiot, who's only talent is to play a special kind of troll that's difficult to kick off when the majority of forum members is highly tolerant.

I repeat it for the last time that I am absolutely convinced that Eric missed one ironic point in one specific sentence due to language - and that did ring the attack alarm for him.

the sentence in question is
...if this plugin is considered to even remotely sound like the vintage unit then either my or your ears need service by a physician...

the my was probably overlooked, as was the between the lines content that I do not exclude myself from the same problem.

it was an unfortunate expression, in the sense that I didn't expect it would have such an impact - in particular as I was completely honest in my sound description.
I didn't use any other words than KWild and I don't need to justify myself.

On the other hand I'm also pretty sure that Eric indeed overlooked the public relation items and learned something.
That doesn't put him down in any way - some people pay a fortune for this experience.

it's perfectly ok for me to forget about any misunderstandings - I'd even slurp an oyster - an experience I still lack...

cheers, Tom

don't answer here Shroomz - you WILL get your very own bullshit thread in the off topics, so spare the comments

WoW! serious treath here,i followed it a bit,and think after the conclusion, that the 'custommers' are right.

But maybe we should considder that audiosoft are happy with there CW joint venture, and that ofcourse any negative comments are not welcome ATM.(its would like when you are so proud to finisch an artwork that have cost you 6 month to paint, and when its finishing, somebody says its crap,so i understand the reaction)

Thought audiosoft should take another more commercial atittude, and think in future, not forgetting the clients are alway's 'King'.(Untrue in past, but as these days got more and more difficult, they should considder akt that way)

Lets make all friends again and think positive, everyone can learn from it,and future plugs will now maybe completely bugfree and uptodate in future from the very first release.

bugfree? But there was no bug ! .... just kidding...

well, as the vintage pack is selling well, it is the proof that those words were not too important...

Happy to see we can all give our opinion. Of course when it comes to reviews, before purchasing, it is important to feel the feedback trend rather than considering one point of view.

Musicality remains so subjective...

The important thing is : since dynatube (i love it !), creamware based developpement is getting stronger... As for the ASB boxes it is a real success. VIVA CREAMWARE !

Planetz is ours, period.
Huub, that is where you're rather wrong
Planetz is John's, he can take any decisions he wants regarding his site, and we can either comply or leave.

pass it on, Micronesia

ours obviously doesn't want to make a separation between us,the members, and John.
not funny.

edit: I could have missed the smilie at the end, if it was just meant as funny.
My own 'not funny' should have ring my bells
My answer then would have been just

The refering to the name of John must have put me possibly on the wrong track

Otherwise, I stay with 'not funny'

wow

C'mon everybody, why not fight your pride instead of eachother, and stop trying to prove you're right!

Turn away and regret the bad vibes (whoever caused it) in this thread...

There is always a time when even doing 'right' becomes 'wrong'

peace

If you have not tamed the enemy of your own anger, combating outer opponents will only make them multiply.
Therefore with an army of loving kindness and compassion, to tame your own mind
is the practice of a Bodhisattva.

yes Ernest, I agree with you completely.
it would have been better to just make the point (of bad treatment as a customer) and not try to explain it to those who wouldn't (want to) understand it anyway.

cheers, Tom

Don't worry btw, everybody was (is) already into music again, some last details had to be finished I guess

No summerparty in B&D this year eh?
