Can't install Scope 4.0

I'm having some serious problems installing Scope 4.0.
After running thru the processes of entering the keys etc, I click next and then all the files seem to be installed, but it doesn't get to a point where I can click finish or whatsoever.
It just stays the way it is, all I can do is click cancel, but this doesn't finish the installation.

The same problem I'm having with Scope 3.1 as well.
That's why I went back all the way to Pulsar 3.0, which does install.

Btw, I have a Pulsar 1 card.

Is there anything I could do to solve this?

how long are you waiting for it to say finished?

does scope start after?
this sounds like a system problem.....

No finish pops up at all, it just stays there with the whole bar turned blue.
All I can do is cancel, and after that there's nothing installed from Scope 4.0

you could check the card's fitting in the PCI slot

exactly how long do you wait with the bar staying blue before you cancel?
