Graphical problem whith PEQ4 in XTC Mode - please help

Do anybody use the PEQ4 in XTC-Mode with Nuendo or Cubase and did an automation of this Plug-In so far?

Have somebody graphical problems with the PEQ4 in XTC-Mode?

Here I will discribe my problem:

The PEQ4 stereo was placed in the insert of my Nuendo mixer.

When I set a bell-(peak)-filter to 20 kHz with a gain of +12 dB
and make an automation for a filter-sweep down to 20 Hz
the filtercurve still rests in same position (20 kHz)!

If I moove the mouse over the PEQ4 surface during the automation runs,
the parameter knob were mooving stagnant (not fluently).
The curve is still frozen.

After a long automation Nuendo crashes!

Have anybody remarked same problems?

Maybe somebody can help me out.
