Question about RM242

Post by ibz01 »

Hello, I have used before the RM242 (just for test). But now when I want to use it, scope platform asks me for a key registration of this mixer.

Is there a bug in my scope platform? Or I have to pay for this mixer?
I don't remember were and when I have found this mixer. But it could be useful for recording purposes.

Thank you.

Hi
check which mixer packs you own (from the software you got with Scope) as some of the mixers are extras and need a key.

Hello,
I've been reading and now I know that RM242 its a Luna mixer.
I own Scope 4.5 (23 dsp's) and both mixer packages I and II.

I try to build a 24 track recording project and I would like to use the mixer as an in-line mixer. But for this purpose I need an extra mixer with more than 16 tracks (micromixer) for monitoring the recorded signals (from cubase 4).
I know that is a little bit confusing. But the STM2448 has some problems for me. Example: Why it hasn't a dedicated output for the talkback mic? The output is sended to the monitor out. For me is a problem.

Up's very dificult for me to explain all this in english.
Thanks.
