My 82 year old cousin is moving house and no longer has any room for her 1906 walnut Bechstein. She's giving it to me, providing I help her choose and pay for a decent digital piano that she can have in her new flat.
Here's it is, newly installed in our front room - looks beautiful, sounds fantastic, luck, lucky me.
Thanks Sabina, for this amazing gift.

My old piano was the first instrument I ever really played. I'd love to have a gift like that, all though I wouldn't know where to put it.
Congratz on that old piano, it's a beauty

when I opened the page only the picture of the driver was visible and I thought ...oops, driving too fast and luckily missed the 'license gone' barrier by just 1 mph...
but wrong, it's about a marvellous instrument
congrats, Tom

when I opened this page, accidently the browser window just showed up to the upper part of the instrument, and it looked like you got an old classic 'blanket box'...
yet, and still, that background...
