New software for all CreamWare DSP systems
At the Frankfurt MusicFair (March 13 - March 17), we will show software version 3.1 for all products belonging to the SCOPE Fusion Platform family (Luna, PowerSampler I/II, Elektra, Pulsar, Pulsar XTC, PowerPulsar and SCOPE /SP). With version 3.1, the product palette is completely restructured and the basic set of system functions is now entirely uniform across all systems. In the uncompromising continued development of our successful DSP platform, intuitive and convenient operation has been given highest priority.
Starting with version 3.1, all systems are equipped with the same basic software (with Pulsar XTC, some features of this software can only be used with an optional I/O expansion). Its central operating element is the newly developed SCOPE Live Bar, which makes it far easier and more efficient than ever before to operate a SCOPE system in tandem with the recording program of your choice. The entire SCOPE setup can be controlled from the Live Bar. You use it to select instruments, dial in sounds, open mixers and set up signal routings. If desired, the compact Live Bar window can be made to overlay your audio sequencer, so that you always have all of your SCOPE studio tools within quick reach.
Other noteworthy features of the new basic software are the XTC mode, which allows the SCOPE studio tools to be used just like VST plug-ins (Windows only), and a collection of professional DSP plug-ins. This 'Main Studiotools Package' boasts both recording and surround mixers, 16 DSP effects - including the high-quality MasterVerb reverb - and a number of additional studio tools.
In addition to the basic software, the systems of course comprise a set of appropriately tailored software packages and assortments of DSP plug-ins for mixing, effects processing, synthesis, sampling, mastering and signal routing. All SCOPE Fusion Platform products are fully compatible with one other and very flexibly expandable. If you find that you need additional studio tools, more I/Os or expanded computing power, the systems can grow along with your requirements.
Owners of Luna, PowerSampler, Elektra, Pulsar XTC, Pulsar or PowerPulsar with version 3 software or higher can update free of charge. Users of Luna, PowerSampler and Elektra < v3.0 can upgrade to the SCOPE Fusion Platform v3.1 for only 98 Euro. The update to the new software - including many additional plug-ins that were previously sold as options in our Online Shop - is gratis for all users of SCOPE /SP.
