Oktavianus is another FETTA-Technology EQ, but again with a completely different overall internal design.
More important than the EQ at the bottom of this effect are the above settings, which subtle soundchanges are rather complementary to the main EQ. I found that emphasing in the above section may be well confronted with reducing in the main EQ section.

OKTAVIANUS is quite heavy on dsp. I'm thinking about a reduced version.

EDIT: Added OKTAmed, OKTAmed2 & OKTAmini to the package. Soundwise this makes a difference, but for some cases you won't need the big one.
