wavelength's "lo-fi" synth has a pretty cool arp built in . . .

Unfortunatelly it's not working properly (try to make any custom settings, save the song and reopen it - you'll loose all the pianoroll settings, for instance). The arpeg01 is better working yet offering less than the cubase one (or just different things, uncomparable)

I like Arp-X8 but it costs ca. 25$
