Transfer of license and ownership

Hi guys,

I just bought myself a second hand Pulsar II, yesterday, loving it so far ! The unit came with Scope 4.0 and an allkeys file that has some stuff registered to it, but I'd like to upgrade this to 4.5. I'm just wondering what is the best way to transfer the license into my name, I noticed that the MyPage thing for 4.0 does not work anymore. To take advantage of the 4.5 upgrade will I need 4.0 registered in my name ?
