Yeah, like also the PulsarMixer, we paid specificaly for it in the propack, and now everybody will have it in mixer packages for free? The Modular2 also, the STS3000 also??? What will i get for compensation? The STS3000 with real time feature would please me very well, and for the price, i'd also like the VDAT very very much!
I agree with Spirit, there's really some development on Pulsar platform. In my opinion that's necessary as competition is growing with comparable dsp cards. Waldorf is already porting software to tc card...
Mac Displays are probably used for the same reason they are used in furniture catalogs and magazines - they just look cool. ;=)

Well look closely they all come with the main studio tools package as well as VST integration.......On 2002-01-25 12:22, Michu wrote:
Sub,
judging by this grid, new luna and powersampler cards will come without any mixers and fx.
now what should we think about it?

so that should answer your question( if I'm correct, which I do NOT know if I am) You will get what you have now _plus_ XTC mode and the live bar(if your using Luna) if your using Pulsar I do not know if you will get the new packages as we have seen only NEW cards get the new stuff... it's not like they are hindering it at all, just giving you the choice as to what to add.....
Which is very cool as all software can be updated at the same time as they will share a common install....
hope the key page at install doesn't take the whole screen

Yeah, and it also makes you like the gui.. even though I actually hate DP3's interface, it makes me feel as if I'm doing something really fashionable. Like designing modern jewelry or something. hehe. The Mac beam. And with screen looking very thin and fragile, it keeps me from bashing it when it hangs. Incredible! On 2002-01-25 13:53, Air_PoLLo wrote:
Check hitfactory studios (u.s)!
do you think they use apple screens for their look? lol
Macintosh transmits a possitive wave to your brain making it work more artisticly.

Great!
I have a Pulsar XTC and a Luna. If it's true what I've read then this upgrade really kicks ass!
But one thing is not quite clear: The people who bought the propack for Pulsar V3.0 will now get the software for free?!?!?!?!
That's a strange fact but it seems Creamware decided to make this new product-line not so long ago - as a "strike back" against T.C.'s Powercore.

Probably they will get a larger kit of tools (Mixer Package I + Effects Package II + Synthesizer Package II + Modular 2 + STS3000). As for now an every new buyer of a Plusar card (in shop) gets a ProPack key for free, then from premiere of Scope Fusion new buyers will get a larger "starter" kit as a free bonus. That's my supposition onlyOn 2002-02-04 05:09, rhythmaster wrote:

What´s gonna happen with the ones who didn´t buy the pro pack for pulsar 2. Will they get the things I just have read in the namm brochure (Mixer package 1,synth package1&2,mod2, etc).
I´m just curious.

In my opinion anyone without the propack should get the NEW MIXER and AT LEAST all the devices which they have in 3.01.
I bought my pulsar in June 2001 and feel a little upset about creamware´s update policy.
If I had bought my pulsar 2 months later I would have get the propack with its cool new devices. Know I have only the weak poison as registered bonus instead the propack.
I think that anyone who purchased a pulsar
(everybody payed a lot for creamware´s crack protection) should get at least the new mixer!
That´s just my opinion but I know to well
that customers are second best in a world of
more and more monopols!

I am still a bit puzzled of, what I am going to get (and hopefully not loose).
I have Pulsar1 and sts4000 and nothing extra.
Another thing - maybe add a little warning at the title of the thread. Page 1 is 2,5MB. I have dsl, so for me, it is no problem, but I guess, some others with other browsers will think, the link is malfunctioning.

Can you give the title of the thread, where he writes that? I looked, but did not find it.On the Creamware forum Ingo Raven (from CW) wrote:
