Banserts

Post by Jah Servant »

ok, 2 and 3 band frequency splitters with 2 inserts on each band, muting and volume cut. I don't know why we'd want such a thing, but here it is.

:o I was thinking about something like this. Yep. I need it. I want to experiment with SPL transient shaper (ie multiband transient shaper)in this way. What a coincidence

Great great device. Is there any chance for mono version? It will be very very usable for drums. In Bansert stereo version i can load SPL Transient D. but only stereo.

I dont need stereo SPL and we all know that you can run 3 stereo or six mono SPL plugins because of license limitation. 8) So basically in mono version i could load 3x SPL more then in stereo :P

Mono version would be greatly appreciated :D

Anyway great little gem!!!

Thanks again!

I was thinking of a device like this.

Does it allow us to solo and change the frequency crossovers of the bands?

Would be ideal for monitoring certain frequencies when mixing.

Thanks if so.

Yes you can sweep through freq. and you can shut it down. Almost solo but nice.
Jah thanks for this 8) I am patient

Well the difference is mostly that we (at least i) did not know about it and you have different gui 8) Your is little more intuitive but you have oldish layout. And you too does not offer mono but again you did great device too. Mono version would be appreciated :D

Maybe darker and more edgier look...Two insert FX slot for each band like bansert... 8) (i like pan and individual outs...great options there)

this is the quickest fix for mono, just press the button and all inserts turn to mono, if you want an actual mono device with only one in and one out you'll have to wait a little more, this works fine though, use the left in and out.

Phatbob, I just wanted 2 insert slots and mute switches, your freq splitter is great, I've had it for a while now, I like the gui.

Updated March 13, 2 Bansert volumes weren't working, fixed now

Yes that is better now. I can use it as i want but i must load it standalone since i cant load stereo device in mono mixer channel strip. But i can work. That is important. So i will work with this one until you make "real" mono version. Thank you very very much!
