One of the most useful devices for Creamware cards, this one lets you load .WAV files into the slots (drag-n-drop style). The only problem is it's heavy on DSP (about half a Luna2), and the "Unload from DSPs" for unused voices seems to have a bug that was never fixed.

After having a look at fruity loops I just loved the ease of changing samples rather than having to go an make a new akai program. So I thought, arr I remember this free device for some time back that might allow me to do a simular thing with my usual sequencer....

This device is perfect for this and I haven't come across another like it (correct me if I'm wrong). The lofi and filter sections are great, individual outs is exactly what is needed as you can then mix and add effects as required.

So... how about an update that doesn't hog the dsp! Please?

this is indeed a nice thing to download. there are lots of synths that come with pulsar or can be found here, but drummachines? i hardly find any use for the EDS8i, just the kicks sound good enough. maybe stephen hummel's new device could be the hot thing. gotta check it (love his stuff!!!)
this was the first device i ever downloaded, but only started to work with it a few weeks ago.
filter section? yeah! lo fi? wow! dsp? i really have to get me some sort of SRB soon.

Phenomenal device!!!!!I highly recommend it. Only one tiny little niggle-I have noticed that the wav files aren't in exactly the same pitch as the original when you first load them up, but that is easily fixed by twiddling the knobs.
I am so impressed by the fact that people make the so many available high quality devices for FREE!!! Surely there must be a place in heaven(if such a place exists) for these wonderful people.
