I can not change my profile or buy the propack.When i hit su

this is all about the pulsar web page.....When I try to submit my profile it goes to a dead page. When I try to buy the propack when I hit order it goes to a dead page. Is this me or is the pulsar.com page down sorta. I can go to forums and post I can read my profile and I can start the purchase of propack,it just will not finish .It goes to a page that says its not here or net error or try later so on.Please help me. Iwant to buy the pro pack before the dead line.Thnx all
