Other posts mention that 4.5 and 5 won't run at the same time, so you'd have to switch back to the other driver and perhaps reset the registry setting.
Kindof a hassle. IMO there's only going forward and seeing what V5 can really do.

This is a problem if you are in the middle of a project and can't risk going to v5.0

Are you guys shure that once you get v5.0 going you can't get v4.5 to work.
I guess they re-wrote the drivers completely

I have been crying w/o that one, as it is my go to recorder once I have made a Score and MIDI Drum/Tempo track in Reaper or SpuBase.

anything that S/C handles keys for, they can generate. Zarg and Flexor are in that category.

This could take a few days to get the keys according to my mole deep within the bowels of Fortress SonicCore.

I am advised to simply re-install just the 4.5 hardware driver to get things back to v4.5. Bearing in mind my complete 4.5 installation is still there.

Congrats to the SonicCore team, this is the finishing touch, and a milestone, and Xcite-1 will be a winner in audioworld, as nothing comes even close.
It's really unbelievable that you got it so far, and so fast I'd say, the supposed delay didn't exceed any serious barrier.
Hope you will get all the airplay Scope deserves, so happy marketing.

Typical that v5 should appear just as I am packing up my studio for the next 6-8 weeks due to building works going on at home. I wish you all happy playing and will be watching this thread with interest. Thank goodness I have the MacBookPro to play with whilst everything else is in storage, otherwise I'd be going mad at the mother-in-law's (bless her) for the next two months!
