like king of snakes said, it is possible to free dsp power from a synth when you set the polyphony to 0 (thanks for this tip! i never tried out that)
is it possible to make an automation for the number of voices to make more synths (and voices) available in a song?

Not directly, but some of the synths store the no.of voices in the presets...
