Well, I don't care if it rains of freezes, long as I got my plastic Jesus,

Gotta love the kitchen studios. Mine is similar - living room studio - turn around and you're in the kitchen.
Not good for mixing though...

Resonant 2 WAV in the Waldorf can get many sounds for the presets.
Saw and Square are the pad makers.

I take tips too.........
One thing I learned that most cats dont understand is you never put up an empty Schnifter for tips. Use the biggest son a bitch you can find and stuff it with 5's not Washingtons.
In this way when people start asking for requests you hold your hand up to your ear as if you can hear them as you slide the schnifter towards them...........
An empty schnifter means you aren't worth a dime and people will assume that as well.

Oh those kind of tips..............Youre welcome but SHarc built them not me..

Here's a patch where you can see the waveforms and then punch in the waveform number that you want instead of messing with these little bitty names and jive scrolling.

Thanks to Red for his time and wanting us to go deeper with questions. He gave us some extra time especially for that and it's a mark of knowledge & experience.
Nice tip Jimmy. So now we have comprehensive waveform selection.
See ya

Here's a link for the synth neophytes like me (I think Ben's modular page also links)

http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/allsynthsecrets.htm

Good "between classes" reading material.
