Scope Error, Cannot Start

Hi All

Just built a new computer, installed Win7 32bit Pro.

I am unable to run my scope card, I get the following error after importing activation key, Installation Error or invalid activation key! Cannot start Scope Application! (E0001A).

Has anyone else come across this problem? If so did you manage to find a solution?

i know it's a dumb question-are you sure you have a v5 key?

in some rare situations, the generated keys won't work. if that's the case, S/C can regenerate keys for that card.

if it worked before with v5, but it doesn't now, does closing and restarting Scope help?

Thanks for the reply. This is the 1st time I have tried using this key with the card as the bigger cards wont fit the mother board.

I have sent the smae info to SC, along with the I am trying to use. Maybe they willl send me a new key.
