XITE on multicore intel systems?

yes, i did search the forum, but maybe the question is too ridiculous and the answer too obvious to have / find a clear answer...

will the PCIe card which belongs to XITE run properly in a multi (4 or 6) core (i7) motherboard?

Its pretty hard to find a decent system that is not multicore since xite came out so i should hope so (then you would have to use an atom netbook

)
