I ordred Scope 5.1 upgrade 2 weaks ago and newer got any message from sale or support

send an e-mail to them via the registration e-mail.
i've had this before with an e-mail slipping through the net. But then send an e-mail to them a week later and got a quick reply. Bare in mind it was the holidays when you ordered.
