Z77 Chipset and 1155 Socket CPU ( Ivy Bridge )

I got my SSDs and OS+Apps Drive and they smoke even on the i7 MSI.
But my tech told me that any device I hook up to a PCI-e 1X slot that is PCI-e 3.0 will see double the bandwidth.
I have already seen Scope load up much faster using the Hybrid drive, so I kind of doubt this will have a majoir impact. but if it does I will report it.
Im dying to if it nullifies and how many Master Sperbs it will load up...
