No answers, but another question:

Anyone in the US (or anywhere in the world, too) able to get their hands on the LunaII(/PowerSampler/Elektra/Luna) <b>"I/O Expander"</b> which adds more ADAT to those cards?

no - but I got a _better_ idear.

i bet them adat i/o's are a couple a hundred bucks. used Pulsar I's are going for about $500 - probably a better bet - 2 lightpipe i/o and 4 dsps for not too much more.

thoughts?

Hi,
got my z-link expansion for lunaII yesterday.
It costs 399DM here in germany. (i think this is approx. 185$US). No problems, work great.
(I have used only the adat lightpipe io so far. I have no CW io-box)

subhuman - does simply adding the i/o expansion make a Pulsar I a gen 2 card? you make it sound that way . . .

No, connecting a 2nd generation CW card with your PulsarI/ScopeI/SRB cards via STDM cable gives you ULLI for the whole system though. So adding a LunaII to a PulsarI you get ULLI.

Francesco:
Can you tell me where you got your Z-link from in Germany? An address or website would be great. It's not available in Canada yet.
Thanks
